Guided Art Meditation

Stressed? Off kilter? Need a re-boot? For one hour, you'll leave stress and anxiety behind as you do a series of guided art meditations. While calming your nervous system, you'll admire and look slowly at art. You'll feel refreshed and noticeably calmer at the end of this Zoom class. This mental health break is not therapy but it may be therapeutic! The session incorporates a few relaxing activities that build mental wellness, increase a sense of wellbeing, and calm the nervous system.
