Online Classes: Art + Mental Wellness
Lose yourself in 60 minutes of admiring art and design, doodling, playing with words, creating shapes, and more. The class is held weekly with a different topic each week. You are welcome to come once, or every week. Take care of you! Art & creativity to nourish your spirit. It's not therapy but it might be therapeutic! Look at yourself & your world in new ways.
This isn't therapy but it might be therapeutic! The goal is for you to step away from daily stressors and to feel renewed and refreshed, and more emotionally resilient. Destress & relax as you admire art. Mindful looking is combined with self-calming activities as well as a few mini creative exercises. This class is held monthly with a different topic each month.
Full refund is given for cancellation 7 days before the class.
