Learn seven quick and easy tools to calm your nervous system and reduce anxiety and stress. This is not therapy but it might be therapeutic and improve your mental wellness. These are easy, based on neurobiology, and can be done at home or work. As you acquire new self-calming skills, you'll also look slowly and admire awe-inspiring art. Susan Ward, the instructor, is a psychotherapist and has an MA in museum studies and decorative arts.
