Learn seven quick and easy tools to calm your nervous system and reduce anxiety and stress. This is not therapy but it might be therapeutic and improve your mental wellness. These are easy, based on neurobiology, and can be done at home or work. As you acquire new self-calming skills, you'll also look slowly and admire awe-inspiring art. Susan Ward is a psychotherapist with a background in museums. She has an MA in museum studies & an MS in mental health counseling. She did her internship at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. At one time, she was curator of Biltmore House, the largest historic house in America.
